With head coach Steve Kerr recently leading the Golden State Warriors to a Game 1 victory over the Los Angeles Clippers, it appears as though basketball was put on hold on Sunday afternoon as the team delayed their weekend film session to watch Tiger Woods win the 2019 Masters.

With the entire world watching, the Warriors were certainly no different as Kerr is known to have some fun with his players at times like this.

Though Steve Kerr ultimately made the call, it is more than likely that Warriors point guard Stephen Curry came up with the idea of watching the Masters. It is absolutely no secret that Curry — who is a very talented golfer himself – – is a massive fan of the game, which makes this news quite believable.

The Warriors are once again the favorites to win yet another NBA title, with the Clippers unlikely to stand in Golden State's way — whether they are focused on golf, basketball or both. Game 2 of the opening round series will take place on Monday evening at Oracle Arena.

Now it remains to be seen if Tiger Woods himself would be interested watching the Warriors as they try to win their third title in a row and fourth in five years.
