The two-time defending NBA champion Golden State Warriors have lost three of their last four games. They just recently dropped a close 112-109 road loss against the Dallas Mavericks. However, head coach Steve Kerr doesn't seem too worried about their skid. He saw a notable difference in how the team played compared to their performance against the Houston Rockets, and pointed out that they stopped feeling sorry for themselves, per Anthony Slater of The Athletic.

It  has been almost a week since the confrontation between Warriors All-Stars Draymond Green and Kevin Durant. The saga clearly affected the entire team, but it looks like they are already putting that chapter behind them. Despite the loss, Kerr still liked the fight that he saw from his boys.

Kerr also said that the past week reminded the seemingly invincible Warriors about how tough it is to win in the NBA. The Warriors seemed to be cruising along at the beginning of the season, toying with teams and blowing them out of the gym as they started their 2018-19 campaign with a 10-1 record. Since then, they have lost four of their last six outings.

Golden State is currently playing short-handed as the team is without Draymond Green and Stephen Curry, both of whom are recovering from injuries. This, along with the drama that transpired over the past week, could have been the main reasons for the Warriors' mini slump. Nonetheless, they still have two other All-Stars in Kevin Durant and Klay Thompson to hold down the fort.

In the grand scheme of things, all of this could be just a small hiccup in Golden State's bid for a three-peat.
