Contrary to reports that Kevin Durant's upcoming free agency is affecting the Golden State Warriors locker room, head coach Steve Kerr said that no one mentions it at all.
As per Warriors on NBCS, Kerr said was asked if Durant's impending free agency is being discussed by the Warriors. Various rumors have been circulating, saying that Durant intends to join a rebuilding team once his contract with the Warriors expires.
“Nobody ever talks about Kevin's free agency. Doesn't bother any of us.”
Check out the full clip below where Kerr acknowledged that just like Durant, other players in the NBA are under contract and are upcoming free agents. Right now, Kerr and his team are focused on the present.

Kerr's statements come in after the in-game altercation between Durant and Draymond Green which spilled onto the locker room. According to reports, Green brought up Durant's upcoming free agency, though the Warriors organization have continued to downplay such reports.
Green was suspended for his actions, which the Warriors tagged as ‘detrimental to the team.' Bob Myers, president of basketball operations, believes that the two haven't spoken yet but is confident that they will patch things up very soon.
Time will only tell how the incident will affect the Warriors' chemistry moving forward. But it certainly revealed a whole lot about the team.
