Prior to Tuesday night's game against the Jazz, Warriors coach Steve Kerr had his pregame conference with the media. When asked about the All-Star game and certain players being left off the roster, Kerr expressed interest in expanding the roster to include more players. Via Mark Medina of The Mercury News:

When asked about the All-Star game, Kerr described the difficulty he faces when voting in a league with so many talented players. Specifically, he mentioned recent Sixers acquisition Tobias Harris as one player who just missed the cut.
Kerr also noted that NBA teams dress 13 players every night. He suggested that it would make sense for the All-Star roster to carry 13 as well, rather than the 12-man roster the game currently runs.
When asked about his understanding of tampering in today's NBA environment, Kerr gave his take. In addition, he described one event in which he was fined while working in the Phoenix Suns' front office. He also joked that he had apologized to Major League Baseball for his recent comments inviting free agent star Bryce Harper to come play for the San Francisco Giants. Via Medina:

At 40-15, the Warriors currently hold the top seed in the Western Conference. They sit two and a half games ahead of the Denver Nuggets. According to ESPN's BPI Playoff Odds, the team has a greater than 99.9% chance of making the playoffs and a 29.4% chance of winning the championship, second only to the Milwaukee Bucks.
Golden State will take on the sixth-seed Utah Jazz on Tuesday night at 10:30 PM EST.
