The Golden State Warriors have some of the best players to ever play in the NBA, some of the best shooters, and defenders of All-Time. More so, with Steve Kerr, the Dubs have one of the best coaches to ever step on the hardwood.
On Tuesday, Steve Kerr was recognized as one of the top 15 coaches ever. Before their match against the Utah Jazz, he gave an honest response to the news.
“Yeah, that was kind of shocking to see my name on that list,” Kerr told ClutchPoints. “I played for three of those guys on the list. It's totally strange to see your name next to some people you played for because you don't necessarily look at your own coaches as peers. So, it was very humbling and an incredible honor to see my name on that list.”

There is no question Kerr is one of the most dominant coaches in this era of basketball, and it's earned him the privilege to be called one of the top-15 ever, but the job isn't over.
The Warriors are having a championship-type season and winning it all could move him up higher on the list. The Dubs are 41-14 and have the second-best record in the NBA, and it all starts with the mastermind coach Kerr.
