This Golden State Warriors team has been the best group since the 2019 team that lost in the NBA Finals against the Toronto Raptors. Since then Steve Kerr has remained the coach during two really hard seasons. Even though things were awful in the Bay Area the last two years, Kerr said he enjoyed coaching the team that had the worst record in the NBA. This year that joy is back and he explained why.
“I love watching players like Jordan, Moses, JK, and our young guys get better,” Warriors coach Steve Kerr told ClutchPoints. “I love watching guys like Damian Lee and Juan, fight for everything and get a chance to really produce, and do a great job. Then to be able to coach Steph and Draymond, Klay, Andre the vets who have been around for a long time. I never take that for granted. Those guys are amazing players, amazing people. So I'm lucky to coach the group and I'm really enjoying the season.”
