The Golden State Warriors are a mixture of old and new players, and they work perfectly this season. Stephen Curry, Draymond Green, and Klay Thompson are the main reasons the Warriors are relevant. But the new crew, James Wiseman, Jordan Poole, Jonathan Kuminga, and Moses Moody, are making their way to the front of the bus.

Many talented youngsters are on the roster, but one has stood out to Steve Kerr so far.

“The young guys are developing. I'm really happy with Jonathan Kuminga's overall development. He's only been doing this for a couple of months now. You can already see the improvement, the awareness, the fearlessness. He's really a bright prospect,” Warriors coach Kerr told ClutchPoints.

Kuminga spent time with the Warriors and in Santa Cruz to play with the Dubs G-league affiliate. The one thing Kuminga hasn't been is afraid of the moment. Whenever he gets opportunities, he gives it his all and plays with no regrets.

In his young career, he's guarded some of the best players in the world—guards like Chris Paul, James Harden, to name a few. The determined rookie defends anybody without questioning himself, and his offense is coming along too.

Kuminga shows all the right qualities when you think about a star. He has the size to handle bigger players and the quickness to cover point guards. Then his athletic ability is elite. He's the total package, and you can't deny it. Once he puts everything together, he will be a fun player to watch.

Next, the Warriors will face the Denver Nuggets and Nikola Jokic. The Dubs will be without Draymond Green, so that means Kuminga could get his second career start against a formidable opponent.
