The Los Angeles Lakers made a move at the NBA trade deadline to address the team's long-term future. Jordan Clarkson and Larry Nance Jr. have been traded to the Cleveland Cavaliers with Isaiah Thomas and Channing Frye headed to Los Angeles.
In the wake of the blockbuster trade by the Lakers, a number of the team's current players on the squad reacted to seeing two of their teammates being sent elsewhere with posts on social media. Rookie guard Josh Hart was one of those players as he bid farewell to Nance and Clarkson on Instagram.

The team is rumored to have their sights set on bringing in two superstars players with the cap space they've created with LeBron James and Paul George being the most likely candidates they'll target come July.
As for the current squad, the Lakers will try to continue their hot streak as they've won seven straight games on their home floor at the Staples Center with the team set to host the Oklahoma City Thunder on Thursday night.
Hart has played a crucial role in the team's recent success with the rookie helping fill the void left by the injured Lonzo Ball. The Villinova product has become a dependable role player with three straight games with a double-double which is quickly earning him the distinction as another draft day steal for the Lakers.
