ESPN analyst Richard Jefferson hilariously poked fun on Los Angeles Clippers star Kawhi Leonard who needed to get a dose of eye drops after getting poked in the eye by Semi Ojeleye of the Boston Celtics during Friday's game. The situation drew the former NBA veteran to refer to Leonard as a ‘robot' who needed an ‘oil change'.

After the sequence, Leonard headed to the bench and received a dose of treatment from the team's medical staff. He remained on the sidelines for over a minute as the Clippers found themselves in a tight encounter against the Celtics in the final minutes of the fourth quarter.

Clippers head coach Tyronne Lue greatly missed the services of Paul George as his team was torched by the hot shooting of Celtics star Jayson Tatum. The veteran swingman sat out against the Celtics due to a sore foot sustained in their previous game against the Cleveland Cavaliers on Wednesday night.

Tatum drained a 5/10 shooting clip from beyond the arc en route to 34 points and seven rebounds. His teammate in Kemba Walker also provided a lift for their squad after producing 24 points of his own.

Leonard wasn't bothered by the poking incident as he still recorded 28 points, 11 rebounds, and five assists for the Clippers. Five of his teammates also stepped up in light of George's absence and scored in double figures.

Despite not having the production of one of their stars, the Clippers still managed to keep within striking distance against their opponents. However, the Celtics proved to be steadier in the final moments of the game as they ran away with a 119-115 victory.

With the loss, the Clippers dropped back to a 17-7 record but remain in control of the third spot in the Western Conference. Kawhi Leonard will hope to avoid a similar incident and finally lead his team back to the win column when they match up against the Sacramento Kings on Feb. 7.
