Miami Heat legend Dwyane Wade is playing in his last NBA game ever on Wednesday against the Brooklyn Nets. It will be the end to one of the best careers in league history.
Come Thursday, Wade will officially be retired. It's going to be the first day since he was a child that basketball won't be part of his life.
So, what will the future Hall of Famer be doing? He answered that question when asked by Sports Illustrated's Rohan Nadkarni:
ON WHAT HE’LL DO THE FIRST DAY OF RETIREMENT
First day, when the season is over? I’m going to be recovering… from the night before. [Laughs]

Wade has a lot of miles on his body. He's also had multiple surgeries on his knees. The Heat icon has earned the right to kick back and relax after playing in 1,053 regular season games and 177 playoff games.
Wade and his wife, actress Gabrielle Union, will be living on the West Coast during Wade's retirement. The 13-time All-Star and three-time NBA champion will still be associated with the Heat, but from afar, at least to start his retirement.
Flash will probably be celebrating with his friends this week as well.
The Heat's best player in franchise history, who loves wine, will definitely be trying some new drinks as well.
