There is no specific timetable for Miami Heat guard Victor Oladipo after he suffered a knee injury during their victory over the Los Angeles Lakers over a week ago. While still recovering from injury, the two-time All-Star posted a cryptic tweet on Monday night, which could signify his status as the regular season winds down.

What does it all mean? Who knows:

It's really hard to speculate just what Victor Oladipo means by this tweet. Nevertheless, it does have a positive tone to it that the 6-foot-4 guard is in good spirits.

One recent report from ESPN's Adrian Wojnarowski said the Heat expect their newly acquired star to return at some point this season. Woj reported that Oladipo “tweaked that area” around the previous quad injury he suffered during the 2019-20 season. Miami is reportedly just exercising caution at this point. However, the Heat have been vague in terms of giving a definite update on the health status of the 28-year old.

Nevertheless, considering that Victor Oladipo is still eyeing a return this year, this could signify that the former No. 2 overall pick avoided major catastrophe once again. It's also understandable why the Heat are being cautious. They would certainly want Oladipo to be completely healthy when it matters most.

Miami has had a rather up-and-down campaign in 2020-21 after going to the NBA Finals last year in the bubble. To be fair, the Heat have been hampered with several injuries and COVID-19 issues. Nonetheless, they have gained some ground despite struggling out of the gates and are right in the mix for a playoff spot.
