37-year-old Dwyane Wade's NBA career may soon be coming to an end, but not without accomplishing a few more magnificent feats along the way.

In the Miami Heat's Friday night contest against the Cleveland Cavaliers, Wade officially claimed sole possession of 31st place in the NBA record book's list of all-time field goals made, surpassing another legend of the game in Clyde Drexler with his 8,336th-career field goal bucket.

In a flash, Flash made his well-renowned turnaround jumpers as his go-to basket to accomplish the feat. While many fans would've probably wanted Wade's milestone bucket to be one of his signature slices to the hoop for a picture-perfect layup, perhaps he'll be saving that for another occasion and before his battle-aged treads have run their last lap.

Wade will likely get another crack at the all-time field goals made list milestone before the season wraps up, as he's now just 99 buckets away from tying Charles Barkley at number 30 on the list at 8,435 FGMs. He's also well within shouting distance at surpassing Allen Iverson for 29th on the list (8,467) if he keeps it up.

Speaking of the top 30, the South Beach legend himself is already a member of that elite group in terms of total points scored with 22,849 entering Friday. Wade needs just 300 points to tie Elgin Baylor for 29th on the all-time points scored list, but he best pick it up before he falls out of the top 30 scoring club. Kevin Durant is currently ranked 31st on the list at 22,644 and he's got plenty of juice left to say the least.
