The Milwaukee Bucks continue to claim the league’s best record at 45-14, and they will look to continue their four-game winning streak when they take on the Chicago Bulls on Monday night. Unfortunately for the them, it seems like they will be missing their number one player in Giannis Antetokounmpo who is dealing with a right knee soreness.

Playing without their best player on the floor isn’t something Milwaukee has had to do much of this season. Of their 59 games played so far, Giannis Antetokounmpo has only sat out four of them. In those four games, the team is 2-2.
Despite dominating the Toronto Raptors in a 15-point victory without Giannis, they also suffered a 20-point blowout loss at the hands of the Orlando Magic with him missing from the lineup.
Article Continues BelowAs incredible as he has been playing lately, his production will surely be missed against the surging Bulls. Through the month of February, the MVP front-runner is averaging 32.3 points, 13.3 rebounds, 6.5 assists and 1.5 blocks, all while shooting 62.4 percent from the field and 45.5 percent from beyond the arc.
Thankfully, new additions to the roster — like Nikola Mirotic — will be able to help fill in the gaps left by Antetokounmpo’s absence.
Chicago will be missing key players on their end as well. Kris Dunn and Otto Porter Jr. are listed as doubtful for the game, which gives the Bucks a little extra comfort knowing they may not need their superstar.
History has been favorable to Milwaukee this season. Of their three meetings with the Bulls so far, they have won all three. Despite missing Giannis, the team will assuredly be eager to get the win on Monday night and make it a regular season sweep.
