It seems like the Greek Freak is dealing with knee discomfort on a regular basis, also missing a game last Saturday due to the same injury. Nevertheless, the Bucks star has persisted and continues to play at an MVP level. He's featured in 60 of Milwaukee's 72 contests in 2021-22, averaging 29.7 points, 11.6 rebounds, and 5.8 assists.
Giannis isn't the only superstar battling this similar issue, either. LeBron James has missed time for the exact same reason. But, both the Bucks and Lakers rely heavily on these two, therefore they've fought through the pain. It's unknown how serious the injury is for Antetokounmpo, but considering the numbers he's still putting up on a nightly basis, it's safe to say the two-time MVP is just fine.
