Jayson Tatum just completed his rookie season with the Boston Celtics, but he has already been lucky enough to be coached by two of the elite coaches throughout basketball.
He spent one year at Duke with Hall of Fame coach Mike Krzyzewski and now he has spent one year with Brad Stevens, who very well could be in the Hall of Fame when it is all said and done.
With getting a little experience from each guy, Tatum has already noticed some difference between the two coaching styles.
“They are both very, very good coaches,” Jayson Tatum said, via NESN.com. “Coach K is a lot more animated. He yells a lot more. Brad is a lot more reserved and laid back. But I think the thing about both of them is how they connect with their players. Brad being so young and Coach K being so old and being able to connect with 18-year-olds and that’s why a lot of kids go to Duke.”

Stevens is one of the milder-mannered coaches in the league, and he doesn't seem to get too up or down, but he still highly respected.
Coach K is a little bit different, and he has thrown his fair share of suits into the first row or onto the ground. He is still able to relate to the 19 or 20-year-olds of the world, and that is why it seems every year he has one of the best recruiting class and players still love to play for him, even though he is 71 years of age.
Tatum is a budding star in this league, and getting to work with both of these coaches is huge for his future success in the NBA.
