Dwyane Wade is heading into the offseason in quite a beneficial position with the decision regarding his future with the Chicago Bulls.

Wade holds a player option worth $23.8 million for next season that he could elect to decline and become an unrestricted free agent this upcoming summer. With that major decision looming, the All-Star guard received a hate-filled remark during a Twiter Q&A while waiting for his wife, and decided to respond.

This is often the case that many professional athletes deal with on social media with fans voicing their displeasures directly at them. Wade appears to have had enough of it and lash out at one of his critics by shutting him down completely. There is a believed sense of power that some fans feel they possess over the players because they are paying customers and provides them the platform to voice their opinions regardless of how ridiculous it may be.

However, there isn't an understanding of how the difficult it is to play in the NBA against the best players n the world. Despite being 35 years old, Wade has proven to still be a productive player averaging 18.3 points last season in his first year with Chicago.

Ultimately, Wade has a big decision of ahead of him that will have a tremendous impact on his and the Bulls' future for at least next season.
