The Golden State Warriors have just completed a dominant nearly unblemished run through the playoffs on their way to becoming NBA champions.
It has put them in the position to once again contend for another NBA title with their core group of players all within the prime of their respective careers. According to Alex Kennedy fo Hoops Hype, Kevin Durant believes the Warriors will be even better next season.

With another season together under their belt, there should be more fluidity and effectiveness in how they play together on the court. This could mean an even more successful regular season possibly challenging their own 73-win campaign two seasons ago while experiencing a similarly strong run through the playoffs.
Durant was at the forefront of it all putting forth his best work in the NBA Finals against the Cleveland Cavaliers averaging 35.2 points on 55.6 percent from the field and 47.4 percent from beyond the arc while scoring more 30 or more points in each of the five games.
It also doesn't appear it will be too difficult this upcoming summer in free agency to keep their key free agents in Durant, Stephen Curry, and Andre Iguodala under new contracts. Iguodala is expected to ink a new multi-year deal with a base salary around $8 to $12 million deal, which should allow the front office to sign Durant and Curry near max contracts.
If all these pieces fall into place once again, there is no reason to believe they can't back next season standing on the podium in mid-June.
