With the NCAA season already officially over due to the coronavirus pandemic, the youngsters looking to take the next step to the NBA have effectively played their last game in college. This abrupt end to the season has had a significant effect on a number of hopefuls, with some not having enough time and opportunity to showcase their skill set for a potential selection in the 2020 NBA Draft.

The 22-year-old has been outstanding this season, averaging 20.0 points on 63.3 percent shooting, along with 7.5 rebounds, 2.2 assists, 1.0 steals, and 1.2 blocks, while also connecting on 1.0 triples per game on a 39.0-percent clip. Experts consider him to be a Top 10 prospect entering the draft, with some even giving him an odd chance of breaking into the Top 5.

It is worth noting, however, that the 2020 NBA Draft will almost certainly be affected by the recent suspension of the season. With the regular season being pushed back by at least a month, the draft's schedule will likely also be moved to a later date. Whether or not this will have a significant impact on prospects now remains to be seen.
