Well within the NBA offseason, most players are either relaxing, training or tuning in to the FIFA World Cup. Isaiah Thomas is getting a good dose of the football action, so much so that he spotted a football player that looks exactly like him.
Via his Instagram account, Thomas posted a side-by-side photo of his look-alike in Kylian Mbappé Lottin — a forward for Paris Saint-Germain and France.

Can you tell which is which?
Thomas, an unrestricted free agent, hasn't found a home just yet. Rumors involving the Orlando Magic have been going around but no deal has been sealed.
The past year has been tumultuous for the 29-year-old. He was considered an MVP candidate back in the 2016-2017 season. A hip injury gave his career a big dent. On top of this, his seeming lack of chemistry with the Cleveland Cavaliers and the Los Angeles Lakers drove his stock down.

“Well, it’s a far different reality now for Isaiah Thomas than he had in Boston before the Kyrie Irving trade. Like DeMarcus Cousins, the injury changes the market for him.”
Despite this, the breaking-news authority remains positive that teams remain interested in Thomas. He won't be dropping 50 plus points like he did before. But he is still capable of being a productive player. And that's what NBA teams want:
“Is it going to be the Isaiah of Boston — 50-point games in the playoffs? I’m not sure anybody believes that anymore,” the NBA analyst said. “But he doesn’t have to be that to be a really productive player and a player that’s garnering a lot of interest.”
