The whole NBA world is heartbroken after learning of the tragic Texas school shooting that took the lives of at least 14 children and one teacher on Tuesday. LeBron James, Chris Paul and Jayson Tatum were among a slew of players who shared their sympathy and pain over the incident.
James was among the first NBA stars to react to the news, as he shared his thoughts and prayers for the families and friends of the victims. In a follow-up tweet, he expressed deep concern for kids at school and called for immediate action to prevent such violent acts from happening again.

According to reports, an 18-year-old male opened fire at the Robb Elementary school at Uvalde, Texas. As mentioned, it took the lives of 14 kids and one teacher, while also injuring multiple others. The total number of casualties has yet to be revealed.
The suspect was reportedly killed as well after responding law enforcement fatally wounded the teen.
More NBA players like Anfernee Simons, Miles Bridges, RJ Hampton and Eric Gordon also took to Twitter to lament the death of innocent children and condemn the merciless killig.
