NBA fans just watched an entire season fly by; Carmelo Anthony was barely in it. However, it's not as though he is wallowing in his tears. No NBA team wants to take a risk on him.
The former New York Knick and Houston Rocket is recently seen teaching his moves to his son, Kiyan. From the looks of things, Anthony's son has the potential to have as good of a scoring game as his father:

The video showcased Anthony teaching his son moves that will keep an opponent flat-footed. He taught a variety of crossovers, hesitations, and stepbacks to make space for the open shot.
Kiyan is also looking good. Not only is he able to replicate his father's moves well, but his shot is also looking good. The release is high and quick, and the ball's arc is high.
There won't be any surprises if Kiyan ends up getting a scholarship offer from a D1 school before entering the draft and getting picked in the first round.
Article Continues BelowHe can hope to have such a successful career as his father's. Anthony so far has scored a total of 25,000 points in a 16-year NBA career. He's a ten-time All-Star and a six-time All-NBA inclusion. He is known to have one of the most deadly offensive arsenals in the league.
However, his age has caught up with him in recent years. His defensive deficiencies are highlighted by his declining athleticism. Moreover, no NBA team wants to get a player that clogs the flow of the ball. Anthony's game was perfect for the 2000s but archaic by today's standards.
Enes Kanter had nothing but praise for Melo, but nothing will change in his situation until a team actually picks him up before the season begins.
Until that happens, we can count on Melo sharing everything he knows to his son.
