Blue made his NBA debut in 2014 but has only played in five official NBA games, the last being in 2015.
Article Continues BelowIt's the G-League where Blue has shined and spent most of his time. He was the MVP last season averaging 24.8 points, 5.1 rebounds and 3.0 assists per game. The season before he averaged 26.3 points and 23.3 the year before that.
It's clear Blue knows how to put the ball in the bucket. Even though it's just been in the G-League, the Marquette product should be able to translate at least some of that scoring mentality to the next level.
He now may get the best chance he's had so far to make it with the Lakers and become a part of an exciting, young backcourt that includes Lonzo Ball, Brandon Ingram and Jordan Clarkson.
