Golden State Warriors star Klay Thompson hasn't played since the 2019 NBA finals after tearing his ACL then also rupturing his Achilles last offseason. As you can imagine, he's probably getting quite antsy when it comes to finally getting on the court again.

Like all of us, the Warriors sharpshooter has been watching the playoffs. But, there's one specific thing that's been bothering him about Golden State not being on the big stage, per Bleacher Report, via Thompson's IG Live stream:

There aren't any arguments there. If Thompson was healthy in 2020/21, there's definitely a conversation to be had about how much better the Warriors could've done. If you also factor in the insane year that Stephen Curry enjoyed as well, this team would've been a force to be reckoned with.

Klay isn't expected to be ready for the beginning of next season as he's still rehabbing the Achilles. But, the Warriors guard has been doing more on-court work, which is definitely a good sign.

With Thompson back in the fold, barring any setbacks, the Dubs will certainly be back in the mix of the playoff picture. They'll likely be busy in Free Agency as well as the Warriors look to add more pieces around their superstars. Brighter times ahead in the Bay Area, that's for sure.
