New Orleans Pelicans point guard Lonzo Ball connected with rookie forward Zion Williamson on a highlight alley-oop play against the Memphis Grizzlies on Monday.

Ball hit Williamson from beyond half-court and Zion took care of the rest.

The Pelicans and Grizzlies are both 0-2 at Disney World, so this game is an important one for both teams. Memphis is currently in eighth place in the Western Conference standings. Ja Morant and Co. hold a 3.5-game lead over New Orleans.

Pelicans fans are certainly happy to see Williamson on the court and playing above the rim. His lack of minutes so far at Orlando has been under severe scrutiny from NBA fans and media members.

Hopefully, Williamson continues to see more minutes moving forward. After all, no one wants to watch a Pelicans game without Zion playing meaningful minutes.
