The annual front office survey is upon us with the start of the regular season only a week away and general managers around the league responded to 48 different questions about the best teams, players, coaches, fans, offseason moves, amongst other topics.

They were not allowed to vote for their own team or personnel. Percentages are based on the pool of respondents to that particular question, rather than all 30 GMs.

Oklahoma City Thunder point guard Russell Westbrook was voted the most athletic player in the league, amassing a whopping 62.1 percent of the vote.

This is the second year in a row in which Westbrook has come up on top of the vote – but last year the race was a lot closer, when he finished with only a 13.8 percent edge over LeBron James.

There was a time when Westbrook and Derrick Rose were at a virtual tie as the most explosive point guards in the league, but given Rose's myriad of injuries, it isn't that close of a call anymore.

The Long Beach native is fresh off signing a three-year, $85 million extension with the Thunder that will see him logging heavy minutes and plenty of chances to add to his already impressive highlight reel.

James obtained a mere 17.2 percent of the vote this year, coming in second to Westbrook, followed by Minnesota‘s Zach LaVine with 10.3 percent and Orlando‘s Aaron Gordon with 6.9 percent.
