Philadelphia 76ers superstar Ben Simmons is an understanding fella. The Australian opened up on his exchange with the barber that caused him and teammate Joel Embiid to miss the All-Star Game due to the league's health and safety protocols.
The barber, who's been responsible for making sure both Simmons and Embiid had fresh cuts before every game, tested positive for COVID-19 after tending to the two All-Stars before they flew to Atlanta.
Now that the dust has settled, Simmons doesn't want to make a big deal out of the whole issue. For the 24-year-old Sixers star, what's done is done and there's no point in crying over spilled milk. Or in Simmons' case, there's no point in crying over him missing what would've been his third All-Star Game appearance.

Simmons has definitely moved on from the issue. After clearing protocols, Simmons was back on the court on Sunday to help the Sixers rout the visiting San Antonio Spurs. Of course, Simmons' lineup was as fresh as can be as he finished with 14 points, nine assists, and a beautiful monster slam.
Embiid, on the other hand, was out after injuring himself over the weekend. He'll be out for a few weeks which means Simmons would have to step up and carry the load alongside the rest of the healthy Sixers starters.
