Despite the Philadelphia 76ers' Game 2 loss to the Miami Heat, Tyrese Maxey's performance has really been encouraging. Just ask Los Angeles Lakers star LeBron James.
Maxey starred for the Sixers in the 119-103 defeat, putting up 34 points on 12-of-22 shooting from the field. He carried the scoring load in the absence of Joel Embiid, even outshining All-Star guard James Harden who was largely expected to step up for the team.
Naturally, the whole NBA world is in awe of his current play. James, for his part, took to Twitter to share how impressed he is of the youngster and what he's doing for Philly at this early stage of his career.
Tyrese so damn good already man!!

Tyrese Maxey is certainly one of the biggest breakout stars of 2021-22, and just like LeBron James, every NBA fan was just shocked to see how he transformed from a role player into a definite starter and rising superstar.
Certainly, if there is one thing Sixers fans will thank Ben Simmons for after his drama, it's he gave Maxey the chance to show what he can do and thrive at it.
Hopefully, the Sixers will be able to extend the series and give everyone a view of a superstar on the rise in Maxey. Surely, LeBron himself will have his eyes glued on the TV with that.
