The Portland Trail Blazers have officially eliminated the Denver Nuggets from the playoffs after winning Game 7 of the Western Conference Semifinals, 100-96.

Shortly after the game, Blazers center Enes Kanter trolled the Nuggets, as their team's website was already pre-selling Western Conference Finals tickets.

Kanter finished Game 7 with 12 points and 13 rebounds.

The Turkish big man has never been shy about saying what's on his mind, especially on social media. When he's on the court playing, it's all business. After each game though, he's always having a little bit of fun.

The Nuggets-Blazers series has been marred by altercations, trash talking, and postgame verbal jabs. But at the end of the day, Kanter had the last laugh.

Still, Kanter has been solid for the Blazers this season. He's been playing with a separated shoulder, but he has found ways to provide a significant contribution to the team. Head coach Terry Stotts even said that without him, Portland wouldn't reach this far in the playoffs.

Kanter is having a great postseason run, and he's making the most out of it. After starting the season being benched by the worst team in the league, he now has an opportunity to dethrone the two-time defending NBA champions.

Game 1 of the Western Conference Finals is set to take place on Tuesday in Oakland. The Blazers will look to avoid being eliminated by the Warriors for the third time in four seasons.
