Portland Trail Blazers star Damian Lillard was able to break down the Toronto Raptors' defense, which ended in a poster slam against fellow All-Star Kawhi Leonard.

The play happened in the first quarter, with the Raptors up by seven. Lillard received the inbounds pass but was immediately double-teamed by Toronto's Kyle Lowry and Marc Gasol. He didn't look intimidated and went on to attack the rim where Leonard was waiting. Without any semblance of fear, Lillard hammered it home for two.

That's an impressive sequence right there.

Leonard is one of the league's best, if not the best, defenders over the past few years, but Lillard is determined to set an example to his Blazers teammates. Braving a head-to-head matchup in mid-air against someone like Leonard sends a message to his teammates, taking away a bit of intimidation factor from the Klaw.

Both Blazers and Raptors are fighting for playoff positioning. Portland is in the midst of a seesaw Western Conference race, while Toronto is breathing on the Milwaukee Bucks' neck for the East's top seed.

A win for the Raptors will put them a game behind the East leading Milwaukee Bucks. As for the Blazers, a loss here would snap their five-game winning streak.
