With three bona fide superstars, the Oklahoma City Thunder have underachieved so far this season, and Paul George is not happy about it.
The Thunder managed to dip even further below a .500 winning percentage with their 116-103 loss to the Charlotte Hornets on Sunday in a game where they gave up a big run.
George and his teammates were upset and admitted that the team is still looking for answers. But George stressed that even though the team collapsed Sunday and is going through a rougher-than-expected season, the team is not panicking, per Royce Young of ESPN.

Once we can find a way to really do it night in and night out, it's no panic mode, but we have to start playing better. It's getting to a point where we can't allow ourselves to be at this point. We can say we're going to figure it out, we can say all that. But at some point it's gotta stop.”
The Thunder aren't a terrible team by any stretch of the imagination, but they were projected to be better than this. With George, Russell Westbrook and Carmelo Anthony, many had them making a deep run in the playoffs and possibly even unseating the Golden State Warriors in the Western Conference.
But George is saying all the right things. Only 26 games into the season, the team has plenty of time to turn it around. But it has to happen soon before they get too far behind in the standings.
