During the start of the season, the Oklahoma City Thunder made a lot of headlines for the wrong reasons as their “Big 3” appeared to not be in sync and struggling to win games. Despite the addition of Paul George and Carmelo Anthony to their fold, the team looked lost during games in finding their identity.

However, they have been able to turn things around lately and started to string wins together. That has made George believe that his best basketball moment of 2017 was joining the Thunder which he revealed during Wednesday's post-game interview.

After being below .500 through the Thunder’s first 29 games of the season, they have now won six straight games which they were able to achieve following their win over the Toronto Raptors. George, Anthony and Russell Westbrook all look more comfortable in their roles with the team and are starting to live up to expectations as a serious title contender in the Western Conference.

If they continue their current run of success and make a strong run in the playoffs, it won’t be surprising if George will also name it as his best basketball moment next year especially if they win it all. It could also make his decision easier next summer on which team to play for as he is slated to become an unrestricted free agent by then.
