The Toronto Raptors shocked a lot of people when they beat the Golden State Warriors to win the NBA Finals in six games. However, the celebration got awkward pretty quickly when team President Masai Ujiri got into an altercation with a police officer.
The story goes that the officer would not let Masai Ujiri on to the court to celebrate. He claimed that Ujiri did not present his credential and simply tried to push past him. Ujiri insisted he showed his pass. Pictures show that Ujiri had his pass in his hand.
Many witnesses around the event claim that the officer started it, and Ujiri simply retaliated with a push after being struck. The officer says that Ujiri struck him in the face.

However, they are not allowing the publication to release the pictures to the public, because they believe it will interfere with the investigation as they may be pressing charges against Ujiri.
With that in mind, it seems like the public will have to wait a little longer to see exactly what happened. It appears likely that the pictures and videos will be released when the entire ordeal is over.
