The Utah Jazz just snatched a huge win to even out their first round playoff series against the Denver Nuggets. After a 57-point effort in Game 1 just to lose in OT, Donovan Mitchell continued his fine play and dropped 30 points on Wednesday night.

The All-Star was mic'd up in the game and was pretty vocal throughout. After hitting one of his many buckets in the third quarter, Mitchell had a simple message for the Nuggets.

“It ain’t nothing personal,” he exclaimed after hitting a deep one.

Donovan Mitchell and the rest of  the Jazz were all smiles all game long, as they controlled the first half and blew past the Nuggets in the third where the 23-year-old Mitchell took over. Donovan was feeling it from downtown and knocked down five of his six 3-pointers made in the third.

The Nuggets tried to adjust defensively to limit Mitchell's numbers by doubling him at times and giving him different looks on the defensive end. The Jazz All-Star seemed to be unbothered and made his own adjustments with an efficient 30-point game. The 14 shots he made were way different from Game 1 where he shot 33 times.

Mitchell made sure that he was still effective as the Jazz's main facilitator, dropping eight assists to allow his fellow starters to contribute. Rudy Gobert added 19 points, while Joe Ingles had 18 himself. Jordan Clarkson also came out huge off the bench with a playoff career-high of 26.

Game 3 between the Jazz and Nuggets is scheduled on Friday.
