Utah Jazz Twitter had a field day – but it wasn't for any trade speculation or offseason move. Jordan Clarkson was interviewed by a reporter totally clueless on who he was.
KUTV reporter Hayley Crombleholme might have gotten a pass if the topic of the interview was something totally unrelated to basketball, like Klay Thompson's scaffolding interview. But she asked him specifically whether he had attended any Jazz games, and even requested him to spell out his name.

Had him spell his name and everything 🤦♀️. I’m only mildly (okay highly) embarrassed pic.twitter.com/mWFO6eXOjp

Jordan Clarkson made it all better given that he played along. The Jazz star even reacted to the video going viral on Twitter afterwards.

The rest of the Jazz absolutely ate it up as well. Donovan Mitchell, Joe Ingles, and Georges Niang all reacted to the viral Jordan Clarkson clip.

One fan had the perfect suggestion on how to immortalize the moment. The Jazz in-arena announcer could add it to his list of soundbites to play during actual games. That's sure to draw a couple of laughs from the team and the fans who saw the clip.
If the Jazz PA doesn’t play the audio of Jordan Clarkson spelling his name when he checks in for the first time each home game…

Jordan Clarkson needs to up his game a little further next season. The Jazz guard was already named Sixth Man of the Year last season, but if he wants to be recognized by random reporters, he apparently needs to put in more work.
