Utah Jazz guard Donovan Mitchell posted a shoutout to his agent for coming to his morning workout via Twitter this morning. Mitchell's agent, Ty Sullivan, was reportedly in the gym as early as 5 a.m. with the young star.

This shows that Mitchell has a dedicated team behind him that's setting him up for more success in his sophomore season. Mitchell signed with CAA sports leading up to the 2017 NBA Draft, where he was selected No. 13 overall.

He's paid for a stranger's phone repair, showing up to fan's barbecues and just being a great guy in general all summer long. The Louisville product put number 45 on his back to honor Michael Jordan and performed at a level not many rookies of the past could match. Mitchell averaged 20.5 points, 3.7 rebounds and 3.7 assists for the regular season.
He even knocked a star studded Oklahoma City Thunder team that featured Russell Westbrook, Paul George and Carmelo Anthony out of the playoffs. While there was plenty of controversy over Ben Simmons winning the Rookie of the Year award over Mitchell, everyone agrees he is one of the most exciting young scorers the game has seen in a long time.
As he enters his second NBA season, Mitchell will play alongside Ricky Rubio, Rudy Gobert and newly acquired rookie Grayson Allen in hopes of improving upon last season's result. Mitchell's humble upbringing has taught him to surround himself with good people that share his mindset.
