In their preseason game against the Sacramento Kings on Monday, Joe Ingles came off the bench once again which signifies his full-time transition as the team's sixth man.
However, Ingles has no problem embracing his new role with the team. Per Tim MacMahon of ESPN, Ingles sees it as a challenge and is not bothered by it at all.
“At 32, it’s a new challenge, which excites me,” Ingles said. “I honestly haven’t sat at home and lost any sleep over starting or not. It doesn’t bother me at all.”

Ingles had started 163 of 164 games for the Jazz in the past two seasons. Last year was his best campaign yet, as he put up 12.1 points and 5.7 assists per game on 39.1 percent shooting from deep.
His move to the bench was an expected one after the Jazz beefed up their roster with the additions of Mike Conley, Jeff Green and Bojan Bogdanovic. His new role is not a demotion at all though, as he'll likely be the lead offensive guy for the second unit.
Jazz and Ingles fans need not to worry. After all, Ingles is one of team's key pieces. His role may have changed, but it will not diminish his impact and contributions to the team.
