After the Utah Jazz's win over the Boston Celtics, a certain fan was looking for some Rudy Gobert highlights. The tweet caught the Jazz center's attention and had a hilarious reply.

According to Gobert, he was not in the highlight reel as he didn't get his ankles bruised nor was he dunked on in their win over the Celtics. For Jazz fans out there, Gobert is actually speaking the truth. Gobert has been the usual victim of killer crossovers when he gets switched on to shifty guards. And being the last line of defense, he's had to deter many dunk attempts in the past, to varying degrees of success. Gobert seems to have accepted this reality.

However, Gobert does have two Defensive of the Year trophies on his resume. So being posterized and getting his ankles broken is usually the exception, not the rule. In fact, getting humiliated once in a while seems to be the pre-requisite for being named a top defensive player.

Against the Celtics, Gobert did his thing with 16 points, 12 rebounds, one assist, and four blocks. His efforts were good enough to help the Jazz win, 117-109. In the post-game press conference, head coach Quinn Snyder praised his team's defensive rebounding efforts.

“It's important. I think our guys, in the second half we started defensive rebounding and got some things in transition and built a little bit of the lead,” he said.

The Jazz now have a 29-10 record for first place in the Western Conference. After being considered a mid-tier team for the past few years, have the Jazz overcome the hump?
