Newly crowned NBA champion Kevin Durant shut down any possibility of a potential coalition with LeBron James this summer for the Golden State Warriors during an appearance on Jimmy Kimmel Live!

Durant: âI just don't think that will happen.â
While prior reports indicate that James would âlistenâ to teams over the offseason, the sheer amount of roster deconstruction to fit James into this team would be of massive effect, likely shipping out the likes of Draymond Green to make room for him.
A late regular season report by ESPN's Chris Haynes indicated James would give audience to the Warriors in the summer, a rumor which he later turned down. More recently, Haynes' colleague Stephen A. Smith said Golden State was among the seven teams James would speak to, including the Los Angeles Lakers, Philadelphia 76ers, Houston Rockets, Boston Celtics, Oklahoma City Thunder, and the hometown Cleveland Cavaliers.
The Decision Part IIIÂ is bound to be just as entertaining as the first iteration back in 2010, but Durant remains convinced the two won't be joining forces anytime soon.
