But having left L.A. for Oakland in the offseason, Young unsurprisingly couldn't help but get back to his old stomping ground during one of his few visits back to the city. Being a veteran of the L.A. scene, he likely knows how to pace himself, even ahead of a big game.

Young's first game against his old team should count as a big one for him and he'll obviously want to have a strong showing against them. However, with Kevin Durant and Stephen Curry both listed as probable and Patrick McCaw playing so well against the Sacramento Kings, it remains to be seen just how much playing time Young will get against the Lakers.
