Hopefully you have a sibling who loves you as much as Western Michigan tight end Donnie Ernsberger's sister loves him. I know this does not yet make sense, but it will in a quick minute.

On Saturday, a beautiful day to spend time with your loved ones, Donnie Ernsberger scored a touchdown in overtime on behalf of his Western Michigan squad. Seems great, right? Life can't get better than being a hero… even if it might only be fleeting.

About that. So, uh, how would you feel if you scored a touchdown and one of your family members stormed the field DURING THE GAME.

As for the game itself?

Despite our new best friend's heroic efforts in grabbing that TD, then getting mobbed by his sister on national TV, it went on for six additional overtimes after the hug.

Do not fret about the hug possibly costing Western Michigan the game. When it was all said and done, WMU won 71-68 in the seventh overtime on a Jarvion Franklin 12-yard touchdown run.

The contest was only the fourth game in FBS history to go into seven extra periods.

Back to our new best friend. Do you think Donnie Ernsberger is now actively angry at his sister? I mean, her intentions were clearly in the right place — after all, she just wanted to hug her hero brother — but she also cost WMU a penalty, had cops come on the field, and embarrassed her brother in front of millions (or maybe only thousands) of people.

I vote for: they are the best of friends and even a hug on national TV won't stop them.
