After an injury-hobbled 2020-21 regular season and playoffs, James Harden highlighted that conditioning is his main focus this offseason. By the looks of it, the Brooklyn Nets star is working hard to keep himself healthy and ready for the grueling 82-game campaign.

In fact in a recent video where he can be seen going on a passionate talk with basketball players from the T.J. Ford basketball academy in Houston, Harden revealed his current status as he prepares for next season. While pushing the players to work harder, the Nets guard revealed he was just having a “light day” because he is “still in rehab.”

To recall during the second round of the 2021 playoffs, James Harden sustained a hamstring injury in Game 1 against the Milwaukee Bucks. He wasn't expected to return to the series due to the severity of the injury, but he forced himself to return to the floor after Kyrie Irving sustained an ankle injury in Game 4.

After the Nets fell to the Bucks, Harden revealed that he was truly not yet 100 percent and was actually dealing with a Grade 2 hamstring strain–which meant he should not have been playing 10 days later after he picked up the injury.

With that said, it is not surprising the Nets star is still in rehab after the injury-plagued campaign. Brooklyn fans also don't have anything to worry about since Harden has time to focus on his health and really get back to 100 percent
