It's starting to become a tradition unlike any other: Brooklyn Nets point guard Spencer Dinwiddie ripping the New York Knicks.

At Summer League in Las Vegas on Friday, Dinwiddie met with local reporters to talk about Brooklyn's big offseason moves and how the Nets are taking over New York city. The guard also made sure to shade the Knicks, something he's been doing a lot of over the last year or so.

Both the Nets and Knicks had cap space this summer to sign two max contract players. Brooklyn got Kevin Durant, Kyrie Irving and DeAndre Jordan. The Knicks, meanwhile, didn't even get a meeting with KD or Kyrie and ended up agreeing to deals with Julius Randle, Bobby Portis, Taj Gibson, Elfrid Payton, Wayne Ellington and Reggie Bullock.

The Knicks have been a walking disaster under the ownership of James Dolan. The Nets have officially become the big brother in New York city. The allure of playing in Madison Square Garden isn't large enough for stars anymore since the Knicks are so dysfunctional.

Spencer Dinwiddie has been enjoying ripping the Knickerbockers and that will likely continue over the next four years while Irving and Durant are in Brooklyn. The Nets are going to be title contenders, while the Knicks will be in the lottery.
