Brooklyn Nets shooting guard Joe Harris shocked the NBA world Saturday night by ousting Warriors guard Stephen Curry in the 3-point contest.

Harris posted a score of 25 in the first round, but Curry made his last ten shots for a score of 27, the highest number heading into the finals.

However, Harris was relentless. He was the first shooter in the final round, posting a 26 after he made every single shot in his money ball rack.

Curry made his first nine shots of the final round, but ultimately ran out of gas and falling to Harris in a thrilling competition.

Apparently, Nets teammate Spencer Dinwiddie saw this coming:

Fellow teammate Jared Dudley was also quick to congratulate Harris this morning:

Harris is second in the NBA in three-point percentage at 47.1 percent, just behind Davis Bertans of the San Antonio Spurs.

The 27-year-old was originally drafted by the Cleveland Cavaliers in 2014, but has really come into his own after coming to the Nets in 2016.

Harris has seen his minutes increase in each of his three seasons with Brooklyn, and his numbers have gone up as a result.

The former Virginia standout is averaging 13.9 points, 3.6 rebounds and 2.6 assists this season, all career-highs. He has been a key figure in Brooklyn's surprising playoff run.

Harris is signed through next season, but may indeed be playing his way into a new contract in Brooklyn. At the very least, he has certainly increased his trade value with his versatility and ability to stretch the floor against opposing defenses.
