Former Stanford Cardinal running back Bryce Love tore his ACL in the final regular season game of last season and that is going to make his draft stock fall, but he is hoping that teams take a close look at his film because he knows it will speak for itself.

Love was on hand for the Oakland Raiders local pro day and although he couldn't work out because he is rehabbing he did talk to some teams.

“I’m letting my film speak for itself and showcasing the mental aspect of my game,” Love said, via Scott Bair of NBCSportsBayArea.com. “I’m doing things that I can do. Obviously, you dream about being able to do the combine and your pro day, but that’s not how it worked out.

The mental aspect is a massive part of Love's game, and he hopes that teams see that, and he will still get that shot in the NFL.

“At the end of the day, I’m a mental giant in terms of looking on to the next and focusing on what I have to focus on.”

Love hopes that he will be cleared by July 8th and that he will be able to participate in training camp and be ready for the start of the season. Even if he isn't quite available by that point, he should be available for at least part of the season.

As a junior Love rushed for 2,118 yards and when healthy he one of the most dynamic backs in the class. If he can stay healthy and he slides in the draft, someone is going to get a steal.
