Ex-NFL quarterback Johnny Manziel is living his best life, and nothing (not even boomers on Twitter) could ruin his mood.

The 27-year-old is enjoying the reaps of his short career in the NFL, which is likely in the past now as he admitted he's now happy with where he is in his life. It's really hard to complain though, especially when you're enjoying a beachfront view from an upscale beachfront hotel in South Beach.

The young playmaker's professional career didn't quite pan out the way he wanted to. Coming off an impressive collegiate career, Manziel was drafted by the Browns in the 2014 NFL Draft. Unfortunately, injuries and controversies halted his time in Cleveland.

He did try to play in other football leagues before eventually hanging up his cleats late last year.

Manziel's rather dull professional career has earned him quite a few haters — one of which wasn't a huge fan of Manziel's recent R&R (and apparently his career).

The Twitter user clearly wasn't pleased with the former Cleveland signal-caller and seems to suggest that the Texas-native enjoyed a free ride in the NFL en route to his early retirement. Being the cool customer he has always been, the quarterback responded to his critic in classic Johnny Manziel fashion.

An “Ok boomer” response would've been enough from Manziel, but his rebuttal was so much better. Don't mess with the man.
