Was there any team in recent memory that received more unwarranted hype than the 2019 Cleveland Browns? It could be seen from a mile away in the preseason that this team was not going to gel, especially under the direction of Freddie Kitchens.

Another problem has been the complete regression of Baker Mayfield. Plain and simple, he has been terrible. The former No. 1 overall pick has completed just 58.7% of his passes and has seven touchdowns in eight games compared to 12 interceptions. Mayfield has the Browns sitting at 2-6 and is looking like another failed draft pick for Cleveland. Regardless, he must finish the season. This week, the Browns take on one of the best defense's in the NFL in the Buffalo Bills.

3. Mayfield will be held under 200 yards

This has happened three times already including an 8-22, 100 yard performance against the San Francisco 49ers. Now, Mayfield will have to take on the Bills who rank third in the NFL allowing 184.6 passing yards per game. The Bills are also one of three teams allowing less than 300 total yards per game.

Playing at home has not mattered for the Browns. They have not won yet in from of their fans in Cleveland and they will not win this game. Once again, Mayfield and Kitchens will be exposed by a strong defense.

2. Mayfield is held under two touchdowns…again

Mayfield has thrown seven touchdowns this season. They have come in seven different games. He has not thrown for multiple touchdowns yet this season. That is an incredible trend for a player who many thought could be an MVP caliber player this season. So why do we think it could happen in this game?

Eventually, Mayfield will have to throw two touchdowns in four quarters of play but it will have to wait another week. To say Mayfield will be held without a touchdown pass is a little too bold, so let's just say he will not throw more than one.

1. Mayfield vs. Media Round II

On October 30, Mayfield stormed out of a press conference after getting into a heated exchange with a reporter. Mayfield did not like the questions he was being asked and got annoyed when the reporter interrupted him. Losing is frustrating but Mayfield needs to be better. It starts with him and his inept play under center. Tough questions should be expected.

This is more of a wish than a prediction. The world will be waiting to see Mayfield's press conference after the Browns lose their fifth straight game. How will he handle the media? That is to be determined. Odell Beckham has taken a backseat to Mayfield so far this season in regards to off the field drama.
