Cleveland Browns wide receiver Jarvis Landry has been cleared from concussion protocol and will practice on Friday ahead of his team's Week 5 matchup with the San Francisco 49ers on Monday, according to Mary Kay Cabot of The Cleveland Plain Dealer.

Landry suffered a concussion late in the Browns' win over the Baltimore Ravens last Sunday after logging eight catches for 167 yards in what was a breakout game for both Landry and Cleveland's offense, as the club scored 40 points on the road.

On the season overall, Landry has caught 18 passes for 328 yards.

The 26-year-old, who played his collegiate football at LSU, was originally selected by the Miami Dolphins in the second round (63rd pick overall) of the 2014 NFL Draft.

He played in all 16 games during his rookie campaign, registering 84 catches for 758 yards and five touchdowns.

Landry then broke out during his second season, hauling in 110 receptions for 1,157 yards and four scores, making his first Pro Bowl appearance. He followed that up by snaring 94 balls for 1,136 yards and four touchdowns en route to another Pro Bowl selection in 2016, and during his final year with the Dolphins in 2017, Landry led the NFL with 112 catches and tallied 987 yards and nine scores, making another Pro Bowl.

The Browns acquired Landry via trade with Miami in March 2018, and in his first season in Cleveland, Landry finished with 81 catches for 976 yards and four touchdowns, resulting in his fourth straight Pro Bowl selection.

Landry has never missed a game in his six-year NFL career.

The Browns have gotten off to a 2-2 start.
