The Cleveland Browns ended their 2018 NFL season finishes one game under .500 and showing a lot of promise for the future with quarterback Baker Mayfield under center.
With the future looking bright in Cleveland, the Browns need to find the right head coach to bring it all together. The one man that might be the missing piece for the struggling franchise is former Green Bay Packers coach, Mike McCarthy.
Cleveland will bring in McCarthy for an interview for the coaching vacancy next week, according to Rob Demovsky of ESPN.

The former Packers coach also has the Jets on his interview list. That could end up being the place for McCarthy if he decides to coach in 2019.
As a Super Bowl winner who led the Packers to a lot of success during his long stint in Green Bay, McCarthy is one of the most intriguing candidates on the open market right now. He has been linked to a number of coaching vacancies in the NFL thus far even though it is unclear whether he'll jump right back into coaching in 2019.
As per usual, many teams in the NFL parted ways with their head coaches as the regular season came to a close. Along with the Browns, the New York Jets, Miami Dolphins, Arizona Cardinals, Tampa Bay Buccaneers, Cincinnati Bengals, Denver Broncos, and Packers are all looking for their next leader on the sideline.
