Dallas Cowboys running back Ezekiel Elliott partially credits the Arizona Cardinals' Week 6 victory to his inability to secure the ball.
Elliott responded to his critical lack of ball security on Wednesday, stating that he's been in this position before and knows how to correct it.

Elliott gave up two fumbles on Monday against the Cardinals, which gave the Cardinals the momentum required to create a decent scoring gap between the two clubs. In the aftermath of the outing, multiple reports have come out circulating around the coaching staff. Evidently, multiple players in the locker room feel that the coaching staff simply can't carry out their duties, which has aided in their rather slow start to the season.
That hasn't stopped Elliot of being disapproving of his own performances though, as it's been noted that he's turned in his sixth outing in which he's yet to to rush for 100 yards this season. His closest mark came in Week 1 against the Los Angeles Rams, an outing that resulted in 96 rushing yards for the three-time Pro Bowler.
The Cowboys will try to right their wrongs in Week 7 against the Washington Football Team. Dallas currently owns a 2-4 record, but still reign first in the NFC East division.
