For a very long time, fans and analysts alike have begged the Green Bay Packers to get quarterback Aaron Rodgers some help in the form of a running back.

If 2019 has taught us anything, it's that they have that help in the form of Aaron Jones. For a few years now, Jones has been a question mark. He looked good at times. However, he also struggled to stay on the field or stay consistent while on it.

Now, he's blossomed into a bonafide star.

In Week 10 against the Carolina Panthers, Jones scored three times through the first three quarters. That marked his second three-touchdown game this season. Multiple three-touchdown games in one season is something a Green Bay player had not done since Sterling Sharpe all the way back in 1994.

The Packers are 7-2 in 2019 and with a 24-10 lead after three quarters, look to be making that 8-2 through 10 weeks.

A big part of that has been the supporting cast around Rodgers. That's something you usually don't get to say.

Sure, outside of Davante Adams the receivers still aren't anything to write home about. The defense is solid though and Jones is a stud at running back.

Heading into this game, Jones had 496 yards and eight touchdowns on 122 carries (4.1 yards per carry). He also had 35 receptions for 354 more yards and three more touchdowns.

Through three quarters, you could add another 66 rushing yards and three more touchdowns. That gives him a ridiculous 14 touchdowns through 10 games on the year.

The Packers are back to being one of the elite teams in the NFL. While Rodgers is still a massive part of that, it's the other Aaron – Jones – that's making the biggest waves at the moment.
